​​​It’s my belief that Jim Cook Images can continue to serve and create amazing images with you in 2020. In fact, a professional photo shoot is exactly the type of fun, unique, and unforgettable experience we could use more of these days.
 

I’m constantly scouting safe, socially-distant locations that are interesting and have good light. We simply need to play by the rules.

On that note, ​​​I’ll comply to guidelines during in-person shoots and meetings, including a mask over my mouth and nose, keeping a safe distance from model(s) and team, and conduct a thorough cleaning of all equipment before every shoot—from props to lenses to light stands.

I will have hand sanitizer available on set.

On your end, I ask during this time no additional friends or family be invited to our shoot, and if a team member must be present (e.g. makeup artist etc.), that person will be asked to wear a mask while we work.

Finally, I’ve made a temporary adjustment to my policy regarding cancellation and deposit (normally non-refundable): if you suspect that you or anyone close to you has been exposed to COVID-19, you may cancel for a full refund minus transaction fees up to 48 hours before our booked session. Cancellations for any other reason or made within 48 hours of our session remain non-refundable.
